[CI] Enable CI caching for _build and deps

rinpatch requested to merge rinpatch/pleroma:enable-ci-cache into develop

This patch adds deps and _build directories to per-branch Gitlab CI cache. This reduces pipeline time from 8:18 to 2:20, assuming all dependencies are cached
