Fix Theora detection in mime.ex

rinpatch requested to merge rinpatch/pleroma:fix/theora-detection-read-bytes into develop

When Theora detection was added to mime.ex the amount of bytes to be read was incorrectly specified. Resulting in mimetype for ogg containers always being audio/ogg
