Federating with Hubzilla
Dear Pleroma Devs,
I'm using both Pleroma (@pfm@edolas.world) and Hubzilla (@pfm@hub.disroot.org) and I've found what I believe are federation issues.
The admins are:
- @imo aka @frosch@edolas.world,
- muppeth aka @muppeth@hub.disroot.org.
Following a Hubzilla channel
For some reason, I'm unable to follow my own Hubzilla profile from a Pleroma instance.
- Look up my own channel
@pfm@hub.disroot.org
. - Click Follow.
- Accept new connection in Hubzilla.
- Check Pleroma - Request sent.
Summary: I can't follow my own channel on Hubzilla from Pleroma and I can't cancel a follow-request.
When I click again that Request sent button, HTTP response is:
{

"blocking":false,
"domain_blocking":false,
"endorsed":false,

Commenting on Pleroma posts
Comments sent from Hubzilla to posts on Pleroma instances do not show up on those instances, while they're clearly visible on Hubzilla.
For an example of a Pleroma post commented by both Pleroma and Hubzilla users, see https://edolas.world/notice/9rCB7VpUCOLEjhvVDM. To compare it with view from Hubzilla's perspective, see https://hub.disroot.org/display/b64.aHR0cHM6Ly9odWIuZGlzcm9vdC5vcmcvaXRlbS8yMzEzYTg1Yi1mNzIxLTQyMWQtOTI2My0zM2YyYWY4MDBlMGE.
Please let me know if I should add some more information to this report.
Kind regards, pfm
