webfinger: send JRD by default instead of XRD

kaniini requested to merge kaniini/pleroma:feature/webfinger-rfc7033-compliant into develop

JRD being the default representation for WebFinger responses was standardized 5 years ago in RFC 7033.

From a quick glance of fediverse software, basically all other software is returning JRD, including GNU social.
