Feat/move notifications to navbar

Left it simple now, adds a link to notifications with number badge on the nav bar, removes notifications box from the desktop view.

I think in the future I might want to make the notification icon toggle a drawer next to the navbar with the notifications on it, so you can quickly check them without leaving the timeline. Experimented with it but didn't do it here.
