• default GLM-5.3-Flash to the max reasoning variant
• add validated LAUNCHER_VARIANT configuration alongside LAUNCHER_MODEL
• document runtime model/variant changes without rebuilding

Tests

• GOMAXPROCS=1 go test -p 1 ./...
• GOMAXPROCS=1 go vet -p 1 ./...
• GOMAXPROCS=1 sh scripts/adversarial-check.sh
• git diff --check

Independent review found no concrete issues.
