• Add Akkoma-collected real-world HTTP Signature fixtures for Mastodon, niu.moe, Bridgy Fed, and mst3k/interlinked signatures.
• Add the missing public-key fixtures needed to verify those signatures directly.
• Keep this PR test-only to document current compatibility.

• mix format --check-formatted
• mix credo
• mix test --preload-modules --warnings-as-errors
