Emoji pack management is really slow
I have a feeling a part of the problem here is AdminFE tries to load every emoji for the "Manage existing emoji" section before rendering the packs and it takes a very very long time, but I haven't done deeper analysis yet.
I have attached an emoji pack for you to attempt to import from filesystem (without an emoji.txt or json file), and then see how it makes the Emoji Packs section of AdminFE behave. This pack has ~1100 gifs.
