Add MediaProxy Cache Invalidation capability

We are adding functionality to the backend to allow admins to manually evict objects (URLs) from the Pleroma MediaProxy cache, and to blacklist them so future requests to the content are denied. This would make it simpler for admins to fix broken objects in the cache (e.g., incomplete image downloads) or remove any illegal or unwanted content.

Let's add this capability to AdminFE 😄
