ModLogs went blank after 2.3 update

I updated to 2.3 a couple of days ago and since then my modlogs have been blank. Along with that my TOS and Panel appear in the Adminfe but when I try to edit from there I get a Error 400 and nothing changes. I tried migrating and exporting db-config but nothing changed

Confirmed, odd I didn't see this until now. I'll check what the latest build looks like so we can determine if the issue is our bundled version or an actual bug in AdminFE

I confirmed this is happening in develop branch too.

The data returned by the API is complete and the filters (admins/moderators, date ranges) actually work -- just the moderation log data is not rendered here for some reason.
