ability to view all the posts that originated from a given instance

It would be nice to be able to view all posts that originated from a given instance (for finding users that need to be moderated, by browsing through posts collected from instances with communities that are not so aligned with your local rules).

Being able to quickly moderate those users without breaking workflow would be nice as well.
