Statuses by instance filter should be a search

It's impossible for me to find the instance I want to look at because the list is so long and unordered.

In addition to making the instance list searchable, would it be useful to have a separate page for peers with some useful stats and instance-wide actions (re: #40 (closed))? E.g.,

yes yes yes please make that for us
