Settings: Possible to hide/collapse unused sections?

e.g., for Uploaders:

Local uploader selected

I feel like the header here should be the exact name of the setting: Pleroma.Uploaders.Local, and a description right under the header should be "Local uploader-related settings"

but I notice at the bottom, S3 settings are visible even though you can't use those settings.

This might be a bigger task, but I wonder if we could collapse/hide the sections that will not be taking effect?
