Visiting Settings > Relays with database config disabled breaks display for other subsections

  1. open up settings
  2. Go to "Rate limiters"
  3. see blank page.
  4. go to "Relays"
  5. Go back to "Rate limiters"
  6. see this

same happens with "Emoji packs"

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
