More annoying fixes for the emoji packs

vaartis requested to merge vaartis/admin-fe:remote-listing into master

The request to list remote instance packs is now proxied through the pleroma server because CSP + the baseName function from utils checks if there's already an http(s) in the passed address, so that it's ok to pass it whatever link the user inputs
