Bugfix: Hashtags at the end of lines

this would throw away any buffer if it can't match a tag, which led to pleroma/pleroma#2544 - this PR fixes that behaviour

This library is nuts and I don't fully understand your changes. If you want to explain in more detail it would be helpful.

Otherwise the fact it passes your new test and breaks none of the other tests is good enough for me, and I will be smashing merge soon unless anyone objects.

Would be awesome if we could deploy a new version of this library to Hex so this bugfix can make it into the next release.
