Add the Chats icon, Rename "Direct Messages (Chats)" to Chats and "Direct Messages (Classic)" to Direct Messages

This is the first part of the issue that addresses the visual changes (the icon and the titles). It's probably easier to review this first before proceeding with the deeper changes in the code base.
