Backported:

• Mastodon frontend builds and works for pleroma
• Respects configured character limit
• Shows the instance-specific panel at the bottom of “getting-started” (the last column, works as a menu)
• Media Gallery modifications (got audio attachements, I think the rewrite should get in a pleroma flavour when glitch-soc support will come)
• CSS Toot overflow (shows a scrollbar when there is too much lines) The MR for it (!1 (closed)) is closed

Also it currently works and is useable, so it can get merged and the list can be moved to an issue.

Note: I’m not giving up on making glitch-soc working on pleroma, it’ll just come quite later and this one allows to have a working mastodon frontend with a clean history that we can rebase on upstream (currently rebased on 2a1089839 which is tag: v2.4.2).
