Enhance attachments

features/attachments-enhance into rebase/glitch-soc
  • Allow more than 4 attachments to be uploaded
  • Ellipsis on the last attachment when there is more than 4 available
    • Only done for images for now
  • Cherry-pick tootsuite audio player to glitch-soc (ours is a hack)
