Use Glitch-soc flavour/skin only

Sean King requested to merge seanking/mastofe:glitch-flavour-skin-only into rebase/glitch-soc

Instead of using my method to remove the vanilla flavour/skin (which involved removing and then gitignoring it), I decided to just change the webpacker configuration to only look at the Glitch-soc flavour/skin.

Edit: For reference, here's a graphic that shows the uncompressed difference in overall build size from when including the vanilla skin to not including the vanilla skin:
