Update theme editor to have 4 colors, rewrite the color setter, change a LOT of base16 assignments for better consistency.

Hide overflowing elements when userfinder is active. Don't scroll on button presses. Make buttons slightly bigger and more spaced out.

Move user-finder into navbar and hide it behind a toggle button, update fontello icons with user-plus and menu.

Make sidepanel scroll independently from timeline, allows for seeing notifications and posting new statuses even when scrolled deep down.
