Block and mute list in Settings Modal limited to 20 visible accounts

In settings -> block/mutes menu -> Blocks or Mutes -> User, if you have more than 20 accounts on this list, such as myself who mutes frequently (and I imagine many others since fedi is a big place), then the rest of the accounts are cut off with no way to unblock / unmute

This is probably one of the more annoying bugs in pleroma-fe but I don't see that it's been brought up yet
