Accessibility regression

After updating from git on the development branch, accessibility for screen readers has a new problem. The button that lets you post is not labeled. Also, marking notifications as read isn't accessible any more either.

Hopefully a dev will see the accessibility problems, I was lost for a bit when trying to post earlier today lol. Also, a landmark to jump to the timeline would be great, or even a separator
