Mobile: Post button reacts instantly to being touched

Bug description & reproduction steps

When using the mobile layout, the Post button reacts instantly to being touched, which causes lots of unintended post submissions if you're clumsy with your fingers. All the other UI elements appear to only react when the touch is released over it while not also scrolling.

• How many people does it affect: probably everyone. Also happened to me when I used Bromite
• Is there a workaround for it: yeah, be careful where your fingers are when writing posts 😄
