Settings Aren't Updated In Localstorage

Timeline settings (and potentially other settings in the general tab) reset on refresh instead of persisting. Video of this in action.

Pretty sure this is a bug in pleroma-fe (https://git.pleroma.social/pleroma/pleroma-fe), I can confirm it's behaving the same for me as well in my dev environment.

Looks like vuex isn't updating localstorage with new config values in any of the settings tabs.
