Subject copying appears to be broken

User reported it, I just tried to reproduce it. It seems that even though my instance is configured to copy subjects, it doesn't work anymore.

are you sure you have the most recent frontend? I fixed it like few days ago or so

can't reproduce. Do they have it disabled in user settings by any chanve?

there could also be slight bug that you probably can't switch default for users, i didn't test that

Figured it out. It doesn't work correctly when there's no user setting, only instance default. Will fix it tomorrow.
