Conversation arrow smushed in Notifications panel

The Conversation arrow you hover to view the thread is getting obscured by long account names

 

changed title from Conversation arrow smushed in Notifications tab to Conversation arrow smushed in Notifications panel

known issue, even bigger of an issue on mobile where it happens all the time. there's an issue about rethinking the status header to avoid this problem which I started working on but got sidetracked by other issues.
