long usernames in repeated statuses on timeline not being shortened

Normally, a post from an account with an incredibly long name would be cut off with a ... at the end, but this doesn't seem to be the case with the "x has repeated" statuses.

Username in question was a long string of repeating letters with no whitespace (ex. "wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww")
