pleroma-fe will flash "Error fetching updates" when searching tags.

Urls such as "https://pleroma.soykaf.com/tag/lineageos" will cause pleroma-fe to flash "Error fetching updates" after a while.

Pretty sure we know what this is and there is a fix in progress for any flashing of "Error fetching updates", but moving this to the pleroma-fe tracker anyway
