PleromaFE should fetch activities by last ID

PleromaFE fetches activities incorrectly and can cause you to have a friends timeline that cannot load past a certain point. An easy way to do this would be to have 20 "likes/favorites" happen between statuses. Every time you try to scroll down and "Load More Statuses" it causes PleromaFE to fetch from the BE, then throw everything away because it's not an activity.
