Muted and Blocked not "pressed" on User Card

Muted and Blocked are not properly pressed on User Card when you click them, but show up properly on the profile.

Also the discrepancy between "Muted" and "Blocked!" -- "Blocked" having with the exclamation point is weird

I will work on this.
