If notifications are read in another session the oldest unread notification will stay unread

Steps to reproduce:

1. open pleroma-fe in two browser tabs
2. get two or more new notifications
3. press 'Read!' in one tab

Expected behaviour: they all appear read in another tab
Actual behaviour: the oldest unread notification stays on top as unread
