Separate behaviour controls for user/thread mutes

Currently "Hide posts of muted users" controls both user mutes and thread mutes. Would be nice if it would allow hiding one or keeping the other because big hellthreads can render notifs unusable even in collapsed state

i'd change "hide muted posts" option into a array of what kind of mutes to hide, code-wise.

Oof, I just realized I am filing an issue for !941 (merged) which is not yet merged. Should I resolve it there instead?
