Emoji picker zoom/tooltip

emoji picker needs a zoom feature that would either show emoji zoomed in or in a tooltip. reactions emoji picker already does some zoom but it's not enough, especially for custom emoji.

they're pretty big all things considered, tooltips with the shortcodes should help users know exactly what they're looking at

depends on emoji pack used, the emoji itself (especially some custom emojis), screen DPI and zoom level. It looks more or less ok for me at 130% but even some of my emoji ask me to look closer into the screen or use OS zoom function to actually see what's in there, like trying to not confuse and

I'd say a tooltip like mobile phones use for on-screen keyboards showing both bigger version of emoji and shortcode.

also would say that i'd love to add emoji zoom to posts as well, some people (including myself tbh) use some emojis that are nearly incomprehensible without zooming in.
