Remove StatusNet config endpoint usage

/api/statusnet/config is to be removed in pleroma!2327 (merged). Most of the information it provides was already in nodeinfo/frontend_configurations api, other than character limit and vapidPublicKey, thus this is WIP until we add that information in nodeinfo.
