Open profile tab from 'locked' link in FO-post warning - Fix #945

Added hacky seeming functionality to open settings modal in specific tab and use it to open profile tab.

@hj let me know if you have better ideas for this, this feels a bit sketchy to me lol

I haven't given much thought to it yet, so I don't have any concrete implementation ideas. It's a bit sketchy but seems to be adequate. LGTM.
