Support for WS deletes

Adds support for deletes when using WS, changes delete behavior to not immediately delete the full status but replaces it with a "This post was deleted" placeholder "gravestone", if you were about to reply to a status that got deleted, your reply form won't disappear and you can still post it if you choose so.

This is a fantastic idea

Text feels a bit misaligned but it's ok.

I'm guessing BE doesn't announce deletes for favorites (and repeats).

Another thing might be an issue that we only ever support user stream (i.e. home tl + notification), so deletes in conversations you're not part of/following probably won't get delivered.

Otherwise, seems good to go.
