fix excessive underline in sidebar

Ghost User requested to merge (removed):fix/excessive-underline-in-sidebar into develop

problem: clearly an extra leading space underlined in sidebar, but not in tl-switcher

(not sure why those are not the same reused component in the first place tbh)

fixed, and

  • now also using 4-sided padding on tl-switcher's links
  • put margin-right into .button-icon to unify styling
