Few more minor fixes

• Fixes badge position in chat list.
• Makes all badges more consistent, this includes follow request counter badge which now looks same as chat unread counter.
• Fixes chat panel heading in mobile mode for some themes like Breezy dark that use transparent panels.

one small regression I noticed, the mobile nav icons don't seem to have a big square clickable area as they used to, previously it was impossible to accidentally hit the nav bar below the notification drawer icon
