Instead of blocking all interaction, only block interaction in places that matter

Implemented using RSCSS "helper" concept in an unconventional way, it's more like a global CSS API I guess. No idea if it's a good idea or not honestly.

Currently all things inside Status are blocked when ._misclick-prevention is active, with exception for .attachments

would be better to tag things that should not be prevented, which is just media

i'm considering it.
