Use native language names in the language picker

This seems more intuitive to me and is what I've seen in most other language pickers.

I dunno, I'm always a bit torn on this, by default I always type "fi" in select boxes for countries or languages when searching for the finnish option. It probably is easier to spot your own from a list of options when they're all in different languages though and if more people are used to this I'm fine with it too

i'm ok with it, just make sure it's sorted against native labels too.
