Fix/polish user finder and nav buttons

Shpuld Shpludson requested to merge fix/polish-user-finder-and-nav-buttons into develop
  • Make the buttons in nav slightly bigger
  • Space out buttons evenly
  • Improve behavior of the elements on overflow (most notably on mobile when opening the user finder)
  • Prevent the scroll-to-top behavior on clicking user finder buttons.
