Fix/polish user finder and nav buttons
- Make the buttons in nav slightly bigger
- Space out buttons evenly
- Improve behavior of the elements on overflow (most notably on mobile when opening the user finder)
- Prevent the scroll-to-top behavior on clicking user finder buttons.
