#949 Feat/report notification

Note: currently testing with temporary test data injected in api service, as this stuff is not in stable yet.

Here's how it looks currently, shows who reported, who is being reported, what the reason (content) is, and what statuses are being reported. no idea if I should display "notes" anywhere, I have no idea what it is. Clicking on the statuses opens them in your main view.

How does it render if the account is reported without any statuses? It looks like you're handling that in the code but including that screenshot would help.

Any of these links go to AdminFE?

Also wondering if it makes sense to just put a "Resolve" and "Close" button somewhere for easy access

gonna do something refactoring to make a "report" component which makes for cleaner code and would allow us to create a reports list view later if we want.

I'm also gonna make the embedded status into a separate component which could be used for quote posts later or something, again making code cleaner too.

Ok you can now change the state of the report. again I've only tested this with mock data so no idea how well it works in practice
