Minor change: Add edit profile button onto self user card

All this does is checks if the profile belongs to you, and if so, adds a link that opens your profile settings

I think this improves workflow and addresses how new pleroma users constantly ask me "Wait how do I edit my profile" because they're looking for this feature to be there and not finding it.

Tested working with develop branch via npm run dev (screenshot taken on Disqordia.space)

If it opens the settings panel at user tab I think it would be nice to add it back.
