Explain better what delete does in moderation menu

Ilja requested to merge ilja/pleroma-fe:improve_delete_user_confirmation_message into develop

When deleting an account via the moderation drop down, you got a message saying the account will be permanently deleted[1], but that's not actually true. All data will be stripped/deleted, but the account itself is just deactivated. I changed the message to better reflect that[2].
