Web Notifications (No push/ServiceWorker, only when site is open)

Permission is only asked when you log in (initial login also works), not on page load (it's annoying as hell) If post is SFW and has images, first image will appear in notification (worked for chrome's own GUI notifications for me so far)

images do not show up on Firefox/KDE, haven't tested other platforms.

Adding an option to disable notification('s images) in preferences probably a good idea.

Tried it, it works on both FF and chromium on my desktop. For some reason the chromium notifications faded away really fast for me, not sure why.
