Streaming posts

Shpuld Shpludson requested to merge feature/streaming-posts into develop

This is for #21 (closed), adds an option in the settings to enable streaming, with this enabled, new posts will automatically appear as long as you're on the top and the queue of posts to show was empty before. Also added a fade-in animation for statuses to make the streaming look nicer (looks nicer whenever posts appear, not just when streaming)
