enable buttons if the user hide follow·er counts

Say the user checked "Don't show follow count", then it's own link button to their count and lists was hidden.

I think this issue would also be solved if /api/v1/accounts/{id}/statuses return non zero values for our own status page. I guess disabling the button make sense if 0 really mean "empty list" instead of "hidden".

I close this one cause I think my bug is more tied with the backend. pleroma#2868
