Better handling of taller posts

Shpuld Shpludson requested to merge fix/scrollbar-for-taller-posts into develop

Tall posts on timeline get a scrollbar, tall mentions in notifications get a scrollbar, favs or rts of tall posts in notifications get capped at a reasonable height and the text is faded out with a cool gradient.
