More style fixes

Shpuld Shpludson requested to merge fix/style-fixes-again into develop
  • Make completions not get clipped again
  • Line up expanded usercard and give it the proper border color
  • Force the faint shade to always be full height to prevent sidepanel from going over the bottom of it
  • Give nav bar a faint shadow
  • Tweak panel shadows to be slightly more visible on top/left sides
